Harmon Prep Schol Staff

Harmon Prep School prides itself in finding the best instructors for our community. Each of our teachers hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. Every employee has a Level 2 background screening. Our staff is trained in the Montessori method, and above all, we are committed to guiding our scholars through their educational journeys 


Every teacher and staff member must adhere to the Harmon Prep Code of Ethical Conduct. We understand that the faults or conduct of one will affect the entire school community. Our administration takes vey seriously the actions and communication of our staff. We are here to make a positive impact. We are here to encourage the growth of each child through interactive guidance and observation.

Our Code of Ethical Conduct includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • In order to establish a healthy community, we must be honest and transparent at all times. Honest communication must not be hurtful and used to inform or uplift individuals and families.


  • Professionalism and professional courtesy must be used at all times. Professionalism is used in our conversation, written communication, and appearance. 


  • There is a moral and professional obligation to report any misconduct among peers.

  • Every family and staff member must be treated with fairness, integrity, and respect regardless of race, gender, age, orientation, and/or economic background, etc. 


  • Professional growth is embraced and used to strengthen our ability to serve our families.



  • There is a professional and moral obligation to report signs of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment of children and peers.
