Thank you for considering Harmon Prep School for your child’s education. We are delighted to be able to share with you all of the exciting things happening on our campus. Interested families should email email@example.com and leave parent contact info along with the ages and incoming grade(s) for your child(ren).
Once we have received your interest, we will contact you within 2 business days to answer any initial questions. A tour of the school and a meeting will be scheduled with the Head of School. Should both parties agree to move forward parents can begin the application process.
To begin the Online Application process, families will need to create an account using the link below. Create A New Student Application Account for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account, access your open application. After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
• Student's most recent report card
• Most recent standardized test scores (grades 2-8)
• Birth certificate
• Copy of 504 Plan or IEP (if applicable)
• Psychological Evaluation (if applicable)
• Copy of Legal Guardianship/Custody Agreement (if applicable)
• State required health records form #2040/680
Paperwork and all forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org during the application process. If you are unable to upload, all paperwork and forms should be submitted at the main office. Please be advised that class sizes are limited and waiting lists are likely. Applying early is strongly encouraged. Openings, if they occur, will be filled from the waiting list.
New applications are reviewed once all forms, documents and fees have been submitted. Once the application has been reviewed families can move forward to the Academic Screening Process.
